AgentPost provides email infrastructure for AI agents via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This includes sending, receiving, and monitoring emails programmatically.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our service for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Phishing, fraud, or impersonation
• Distributing malware or harmful content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing or abusing others

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Service Limits

Usage is subject to the limits of your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed limits or violate these terms.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgentPost is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
